They get overwritten, just like Quicksave0. Same for Autosave1 - 3, these are the sleepsaves in Survival mode and the Pip-Boy closing auto-saves in non-Survival. fos files are all the same, if you copy a regular Save27_blah.fos to Quicksave0_blah.fos, hitting F9 will load that file.
Look under Documents, and either change the save directory, or manually copy/move them back to the My Documents\My Games\Fallout 4\Saves.
If you save, but go immediately into load and they're not there? OneDrive.
This game came out before Windows 10 and OneDrive crap.
